Room is close to tinker field is the biggest positive of this place. Front desk staff is nice.

A two-star hotel is a 2-star hotel. The check-in staff was welcoming. The shower required maintenance to fix it before it could be used.

My license was left called and they had it there. We left behind a king size heavy duty pillow with a light beige pillow case. My husband uses it for his sleep apnea. I called the following day after we realized we left it. Was told the cleaning crew wouldnt clean on mon-wed. Said would check with them on Thursday. Called Thursday morning and was told it want there. Told them I don't have it. We took it into so where did it go. He said I can't just accuse people. I said if I don't have it and we had brought
it into the room so who has it. If they didn't find it. It doesn't have legs where did it go. So we are out a pillow which costs more than 250.00 would never stay here again dtold

There was no coffee at the breakfast, the fridge in our room did not seal properly, and the floors were very dirty. They also did not give us new towels each day. The towels were very stained which is very off putting on white.

Roaches, bed bugs, people screaming at 3am outside, itchy sheets, do not disturb sign on the door for 3 days and the house keeping still kept knocking on the door waking me up when I work late and sleep in late. Door key not working and caused me to call police thinking my girlfriend was dead in the room and couldn’t get inside when she was just sleeping. Traumatic experience.

It’s an older building that does show its age. Staff was not the friendliest. Every single day, I had the door tag to not disturb, and in all 4 days, they knocked on my door. Requesting my towels. What happened to their policy of being eco friendly

I stayed one night for a concert at the stadium the price was right although the Uber man didn’t particularly like the hotel and told me to be leery of the kind of people that stay there, but while I was there, it was just people attending the stadium concert so I was comfortable the hotel is very very old, but it was clean. The room was very, very clean and comfortable.
