The hotel wasn’t terrible, and for the price it’s definitely budget friendly. The location was convenient and check in was simple. Just be aware there is a $100 deposit required at check in. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not what I hoped for. There were quite a few stains throughout the room, which made it feel less clean than I’m comfortable with. Nothing extreme, but enough to make me feel a little uneasy during the stay. If you’re looking for something affordable for a quick trip, it may work. However, cleanliness is very important to me, and because of that I’m not sure I would stay here again.

It is -9°. The room is leaking snow water that’s melting from the windows. The heat has been broken is staying under 60° in my room and then all of a sudden they wanna put us out and not find us new accommodations. This place sucks

Good Customer Service, easy to find, the room was great. Comfortable bed, I love the fireplace, the room was nice and clean. It actually felt like a little apartment. I like the separate front door entrance. I was on the first floor,, i see it could it get easily noisy if i had someone busy above me. I could hear them in their bathroom and the water when running only down fall. But I would definitely stay again!

I liked the set up of my unit. It was convenient and comfortable. I liked the bathroom in each bedroom. The carpet was stained and the bathroom in one room had a slow draining issue in the tub and the kitchen sink had a leak when washing the dishes. Other than that it was cool.

Common areas were clean and tidy, well maintained. Took two attempts to get key cards to work. Coffee machine in reception makes some incredibly foul tasting lattes, tasted sour! Room was a different story, lots of maintenance issues. Lock jam was loose, almost like it had been forced and just put back in place, without being repaired properly. The dead bolt on the door didn't work, didnt move at all when the lever was turned. Security bar barely engaged. I slept with a chair jammed against the door! Vinyl floor was one of those you don't like walking on because its sticky. Seats on the sofa had the Velcro that holds them in place ripped out so they wouldn't stay in place. Toilet roll holder bar was missing, so toilet roll was on top of tank. Generally shoddy decoration. TV worked and the bed was comfortable. No one at reception when i checked out to provide the feedback. No coffee despite there being a coffee maker. Good thing it was only for one night.
