All the staff were so friendly that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. This was my first mother-daughter trip to Taiwan, and I loved the cozy and warm atmosphere of the space. The room condition was also satisfying. While the location is a bit far from major tourist attractions, the hotel shuttle made it easy to reach them without having to transfer. I would definitely visit again!

It was a pleasure staying at The Riviera Hotel in Taipei. Place was close to metro, attractions, restaurants and stores. Hotel was well maintained with excellent breakfast. Staff was most friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was located in an area that was very easy to get to the mass transit. 2 train lines within in walking distance.
The breakfast has an array of items to choose from.
I did have to ask that the bacon be cooked more thoroughly and they had no problem accommodating my request.
The doorman was always ready to offer an umbrella to take with you if there was rain in the forecast. That was a very pleasant surprise.
The fitness center was another plus for this hotel, especially after that breakfast.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to family, friends, and colleagues.
