I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Upon arrival, I had trouble opening the entrance door. When I called for assistance, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They ended the call abruptly without offering any proper explanation or reassurance that the issue would be resolved for my next entry to the hotel. This created unnecessary stress right at check-in.
The apartment itself was also in poor condition. Basic amenities such as shampoo were not provided, which I would expect as a standard in this type of accommodation.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to guest experience was disappointing.
