I repeat DO NOT book this hotel. Because of them, I lost almost $150 since they had no one to check me in into my room. According to a paper note on the door, they had a medicine emergency and they wouldn't be back for another 15 minutes but I waited 20+ minutes at like 3AM in the freezing cold and no one showed up. I called the number numerous times they provided on the note and it kept saying the subscriber youre trying to reach is unavailable. This property denied my request for a refund because of their cancelation policy. Like first of all....... I didn't even cancel. I TRIED CHECKING IN BUT NO ONE WAS THERE SO WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?! I had to go to a different hotel around the corner and spend more money that I barely had in the first place cause I'm already having financial problems.
I knew something was off when I barely seen any cars outside this place too. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I'm trying everything in my power to get my money back that is rightfully mine since they practically stealing it saying it's my fault.
