Very good location, close to trams and underground options. Breakfast is cheap and good options. Our room had a good size, but the toilet was smelling very badly, like sewage, opening the window helped, but every time we were bad the smell was terrible. We were on 4th floor, elevator goes to 3rd floor only, for everyday is fine, for first and last with luggage is hell. On our check in day there was only one person in reception and maybe 20 people trying to check in, it was annoying and stressful, but staff triedo his best, and all staff were very friendly and nice.

shops nearby and 100yards to tube station. Check in was really slow though due to advisor trying to sort out other guests problems,do feel they could have let others check in first as it was quick once i got to the front of the queue

The first thing that I would like to stress is how hardworking, friendly and helpful the staff was in spite of quite clearly being understaffed. I had upgraded from a single bunk to a private room upon arrival as I was quite ill and didn't want to infect others. On my second day there was no wifi available or heating and did contact the manager (owner ) as encouraged to do so with signage in my room. No response at all and it has now been 10 days later. I decided to check out and forfeit my third day's reservation cost. Will not recommend this particular hostel chain. It should be noted that I ran a hostel myself and service and communication were the keys to success.

Optimal location to explore Vienna. Internal parking offers car charging station. Bed not too comfortable but pretty ok overall, breakfast pretty simple, location is just perfect on the Gurtel. Optimal value for money!

Economic accomodation close to public transport
Economic solution close to Vienna city centre. Good stuff: location (very close to metro station), parking onsite with electric charge. Bad stuff: bed is very uncomfortable, breakfast quality not too great.

The room was basic but perfectly nice, clean, cosy and comfortable.
The biggest problem however was that I needed to checkin through a custom app. The app wasn't secure - my phone refused to load the webpage (as it detected the site wasn't safe) and then as the app wouldn't work through my internet I was forced to join a public network - this is against my company policy so caused major issues on my phone. Why force people to use an app. Have a ipad termal at the front desk - or some backup paper slips. Or at least make your app meet security requirements.
