Beware, unless you have a suite, the rooms have no windows to the outdoors. We had two rooms with two queen beds and while there were windows in the rooms, they were frosted over and were internal. It was like being in an inside cabin on a cruise ship. Although we paid the same price for both rooms, they were not equal. One was much more spacious while the other hardly had counter space to put any toiletries in the bathroom and had no chair to sit in. Outside of these issues, the hotel is in a fabulous location, which we loved. So nice to be right on the zocalo with the church, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Such a lovely area to walk. Felt completely safe. The lobby is nice, and the restaurant was good.
