We chose this hotel strictly for its location since my grandson had an appointment at the children’s hospital nearby. After traveling four hours and already having the room prepaid, we unfortunately had no choice but to stay.
I will say, the sheets and towels appeared clean, the air conditioner worked well, the lobby was clean, staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the room—especially the bathroom—was very concerning. There was hair on the tub spout, visible dirt buildup in the tub, and when I placed the bath mat down, dirt actually rubbed off onto it. The bathroom door was noticeably dirty and dusty, and you could clearly see where someone had written initials in the grime. Also two of the three toiletry broken and just laying around.
Parking was also a major issue. There was little to no available parking on-site. My daughter had to park behind the convenience store right in front of the hotel just to find a place, which is not ideal or safe—especially when traveling with family.
Overall, while there were a few positives, the lack of cleanliness and inadequate parking made this a very disappointing stay.
