Hello my state at this hotel was horribly. When we first got there we were very surprised to see how shabby the front desk and lounge looked for a hotel located in the downtown Medical District of Dallas. We were greeted by a lovely woman who checked us into our rooms. My mother and I were given room 211 second floor. When trying to use the 2 room keys we couldn't get them to work, so i had to go back to examine that the keys weren't activated. The desk clerk reactivated them and had me test it on the gym door. It workes, so i go back to get into my room same thing tried several times thankfully a maintenance worker just happened to see us struggling and to us we had to swipe 💳 it really fast a few times and it would work and it did. When we got into the room we were so disappointed we put our things down and looked a round and found trash on the floor, yogurt and oreo cookie cereal, and spoons used in the mini refrigerator, a toliet that had not been cleaned but with fresh towels in the bathroom.A dirty floor with hair and toliet paper. I usually unpack my baggage, but not this time I was afraid I be bringing back bed bugs. We stayed one night and left. I guess you get what you pay for when its a $100 a night room with 3 *** in Dallas Tx. And on our way out i left my charger went back to get it and the key wouldn't work had to wait 10 mins for a housekeeper to show up and tell me you need to jiggle the key card to get the door open. Don't waste your MONEY HERE.
