We had a great time, front desk staff were very helpful, they helped us schedule transportation to/from the airport, as well as a round trip driver to Iguazu Falls.
The breakfast and dinner were great, and our rooms were clean.
A great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in nature.

Room was clean and had everything you need for your stay! The ambience is amazing because you are literally in the forest! The staff is responsive and prompt! Breakfast is the same each morning but it is good! We visited other properties in the area and this one is by far the best! I can see why it’s always sold out!

We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch.
