We booked what was advertised as a standard room, but upon arrival we were placed in an accessible room — without any prior notice or explanation.
Unfortunately, the room was noticeably dirty, especially the floors. When we reported this, we were told that housekeeping had already left for the day, so nothing could be done. We were also not offered another room for the remaining nights.
The accessible room itself was very different from what we expected when booking and did not match the description or the price point. It felt like we received a different category than the one we paid for.
What made the experience worse was the lack of flexibility or willingness to help. Despite the situation and the condition of the room, we were not offered any meaningful compensation or refund.
Overall, I would not have booked this hotel — especially at this price — if I had known this was what we would receive. I’m sharing this review so others are aware that issues like this may not be handled in the guest’s favor.
