The staff are excellent and provided a very quiet room as requested. The suite room is spacious with 2 vanity sinks and the HVAC system very good. The breakfast service is also excellent.

Was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the property. The layout of the property was nicely situated with easy access to all of the sights and sounds of Fredericksburg. Easy walking distance to everything. We stayed for the Wanderlust 10k and was a nice warmup walk to the starting line from our hotel room. Beds were nice and cozy. The only suttle thing that I would suggest is a larger TV for the room. Other than that, I will definitely stay here in the future.
