The location is convenient and easy to reach, with some attractions nearby and also plenty of currency exchange shops in the area. One thing to note: the receptionist wasn’t aware of the city bus that goes to the airport. It’s worth checking online, there’s a significant price difference (only 1500 KHR, no change is given). The photos in the listing appear to be edited; the building is older than shown. Daily toiletries and two complimentary bottles of water are provided.

The bathroom was horrible, the bathtub was not attached securely water ran down the sides and front as nothing was sealed and flooded the bathroom floor and made is extremely slippery. I had to use several towels to dam up the tub to try to keep the floor safe to stand and walk on. I did tell the front seat but I don’t think they understood me.
The breakfast was subpar limited selection the food choices were not my choice the staff was friendly.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, we loved staying here.
We did look around for a pool though, and were disappointed as this was mentioned on the site. No pool... this just needs updating.

Comfy hotel
We had booked 3 rooms and each room was spacious and modern looking, AC was working properly. We arrived a little early and the hotel was so accommodating to our early arrival. We did request extra towels the second night we were there and the hotel said they ran out, and never updated us. Other than this minor incident our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Good place for family, quiet neighborhood not a party scene.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Phnom Penh. Only
Plus is the location. Stayed there for 1 night and I was thankful it was just one night. Dark room with bare minimum lighting. No kitchen. Rude front guy. Asked him for one phone call and he said it will cost me money. Asked for heating up food (no microwave in the hotel). Air conditioning close to none. No hot water. Worst experience ever. Charge 40$ for the night. Got 10 time better hotel for 20$ a night, with everything and get service. Would not recommend whatsoever. Asked hotel staff for help and they literally said no English and moved along.

The hotel was so badly kept that upon arrival at the hotel main entrance address, the taxi driver informed me that the hotel was vacant and closed. Windows, building, sidewalks etc were all unclean. Found a side entrance after seeing someone inside. Was told that there were ten guests in the entire hotel. Spiderwebs, dirt, dust, everywhere. Photos on Expedia are not exactly fake but there is an apparent 10-year time gap from when the photos were taken and the present. Very few lights at the hotel and almost no air conditioning. Furniture in lobby extremely tattered and torn. I waited in the lobby while searching for another hotel. Sadly refund was no longer available. Expedia should find a better way to check on their listings.
