テレビ、セーフティボックスは壊れて使えない
バスローブはボロボロで大きな穴が空いていた
プールも全く管理されておらず汚くて入る気がしない

リバーサイドに徒歩圏の便利なホテル
ワットプノン北側のローカルレストランや商店で賑うエネルギッシュな通りにあり、観光客相手のマッサージや土産物店・コンビニ等へも徒歩圏です。ライトアップされているワットプノン・王宮、ナイトマーケットやリバーサイドの飲食街など夕涼みがてらの散歩に最適の地域も遠くありません。交通も多く、不安は感じませんが、夜遅くは徒歩は避け、交通機関を利用された方が良いと思います。アンコールワット・シアヌークビルやホーチミンへの長距離バスのターミナルやトンレサップ河クルーズ船乗り場や旅行社も近く、乗り継ぎや観光の拠点には良いです。ナイトクラブも併設の大きなホテルですが、古いホテルなので、改修中の施設もあり、廊下や階段など一部改修されてはいても古びたところもあります。部屋は広々清潔でバスルームも含め清掃も行き届いていました。4階のプールは十分泳げる広さですが、管理人もおらずタオルもなく、サイドバーもなく、古びた感じです。利用する人も少ないようです。ジムは名ばかりでマシンも4台のみで電源も入っていません。朝食はバイキングですが、メニューも少なく、サラダもラップがかかったまま。9時過ぎに行ったので遅かったかもしれませんが、食欲のわかないレストランでした。このホテルの朝食は当てにしないほうが 良いです。ジムと朝食を当てにしなければ、十分使えるホテルです。

Night club on ground floor. Loud noise until 5am can even be heard from 7th floor. Don't stay here if you want good nights sleep.

The front desk staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The wifi in the room was okay and the air-conditioning was decent.
The noise that comes from the night club/ktv is extremely strong... ...this is something that you might want to consider before booking.

Hotel for Chinese businessmen
The main attraction at the hotel is the KTV and night club full of working Vietnamese girls. The price for the KTV is not cheap. Ask for the price before ordering. If you ask for "take out" it will cost you $150. The two clubs walking distance from the hotel, Casa, and True Face, anything goes. You will see people openly consuming drugs other than alcohol and it's tolerated. For an all out night, with all bases covered, be prepared to spend almost $300.
The hotel room itself was decent. It came with two plush bathrobes and the room was spacious and bed was big. There was a pool but it was out of order and the gym equipment was sad.
There's two restaurant attached to the hotel. One run by Mainland Chinese and the other one run by Malaysian Chinese. The prices at the Mainland one are cheaper.

Schlaflos in Phnom Phen
Das Zimmer war OK, Teppichboden jedoch schmuddelig. War im 7ten Stock und konnte bis ca.05:00 sehr wenig schlafe weil die Diskomusik vom 3ten Stock unmöglich laut war.
Im "Restaurant" dasselbe Bild, schmuddelige Tischdecken und Boden und Möbel arg erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Spiegeleier waren annehmbar aber was es dazu gab eher nicht. Der Kaffee miserabel. Kurzum einmal und nie wieder.

My short stay
If you need a quiet place then stay on the high floor, Disco below is noisy. Not suitable for family with children as there are plenty of girls in the lobby mostly Vietnamese waiting to be picked up. Breakfast is bad. Not much choice.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel is horrible. It was indicated clearly from 6am to 10am but when I came into the cafeteria at 9am, the food leftover were awful.

Nice Place
We were in this hotel for two nights. The attention and professionalism was excellent. This must have been an upscale hotel in its time, but with today's competition it time may have passed. I would definite stay again and recommend it to friends.

Had a pleasant stay room comfortable,did not use pool as water temp a bit cold for my liking, staff friendly enough did not have breakfast as am lazy otherwise i have no complaint

Large rooms, but above a nightclub that's open till 5.00 am. Even the top floor is a litle bit noisy. Good value for money.
