First of all we checked in and not enough towels were provided. Bathroom floors are slippery and they didn’t want to provide an extra floor towel to step out from
The shower.
Second most important they did not have hot water to shower. We thought it was defective and we asked a cleaning lady if they could fix it and her response was that they don’t have hot water there only cold or freezing water.
Third of all the music is so loud they play music outside until 3-4am the rooms are not sound proof and you will stay up all night.
Fourth of all the chairs inside the room are not comfortable. You want to put shoes on but it reclines all the way back the idea was there I see their vision but not the right furniture.
5th the cleaning was horrible the edges of the bed are covered in dust and grime we cleaned it ourself with wipes and they all came out black.
6th we asked the laundrymat for extra towels because we couldn’t find the maid and they refused to give us towels because the maid had to provide it to us. We only saw them mopping outside at 8am and couldn’t get fresh towels.
7th the power kepted shutting off at night every 30min to an hr and come back on so watching tv sucked.
The good : the view was good and AC worked great was cold and WiFi signal was decent.
