This is a professionally managed operation in a most convenient location. I've stayed in this hotel before, and the service is consistently satisfactory. More than likely, I'll be coming back in the near future.

I’m glad I found this hotel and I plan to stay there again in the near future. Both the room and the common areas are maintained clean and in top condition. The staff is very professional. And the location by the iconic Malecón and walking distance from Zona Colonial is a major plus for those of us who rather walk everywhere we go.

This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, were always in touch, and helped us with everything. The room was clean, and both the air conditioning and the ceiling fan worked perfectly. The only thing is that outside the room, in the reception area, the AC isn't turned on and it gets very hot, but nobody really spends much time there anyway. Even though the windows face the street—and we read in reviews for many other hotels in Santo Domingo that it gets loud—it was very quiet here. The location is great, right near the waterfront, and the main Columbus Square (Plaza de Colón) is about a kilometer away. We are very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel
