Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. We never even got an email back. After 2 hours of arguing with her and expedia to try to get a refund they finally sent someone to fix it. Expedia did give us a small refund of $50 which was nice but I’m not sure this was even from GuestReady themselves. The door was still finicky after but at least we were able to get in our place. Hot water in the shower only lasted about 3 minutes and the lack of shower door made it hard not to spill water all over the floor. The wifi they gave us also never showed up on our phones. Overall experience wasn’t terrible but the rudeness we encountered left a bad taste in my mouth about this place. If you have any issues they are very hard to reach and very unwilling to help in a timely manner. Wouldn’t recommend. Try to choose a place where you can check in with a real person as this is what we will be doing from now on.
