The hotel owners were very attentive. They were very helpful in everything. the rooms were clean. the location was very close to the train station, it was very easy to reach Cinque Terre and similar places. The best hotel in genoa!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hotel staff, really made a difference. We had a room with a window overseeing building’s pipes and cables, no daylight - so that’s the only negative, but can work for one night stays, especially that the hotel is in a great location. Would go again, but to a room with a window.

Albergo molto funzionale quasi attaccato alla stazione Brignole. Stanza ampia, moderna e molto comoda. Ottimo anche il bagno e la tv con canali sky.

Rundum gut und den Preis wert
Viel besser als manches Dreisternhotel. Allesrenoviert und praktsch, die Qualität der Handtücher -und des Toilettenpapiers - besser als in einigen angeblichen Viersternhotels. Gutes WiFi, teekoche und Minibar mit Getränken und salzigen sowie süssen Snacks zu sehr vernünftigem Preis. Zudem hats einen Kaffeeaitomaten im Gang. Ein Restaurant hat das Hotel aber nicht, obwohl es angepriesen wird. Lift hat es keinen, unddie 22 Treppenstufen in den ersten Stovk waren am Ende eines Sightseeing-Tags eine Herausforderung: Weil alles in erlaufbarer Nähe ist, geht man auch sehr viel zu Fuss. Insgesamt etwas vom Besten, das ich auf meinen Städtereisen erlebt habe. Falls wieder Genua, dann sicher wieder hier.

Das Hotel befindet sich nähe Bahnhof. Man fühlt sich da sehr unsicher. Draußen laufen korrupte Menschen. Habe den Hotelier drauf angesprochen, die Antwort; Normal, hier ist Genua!!
Der Besitzer ist ein Lügner, verspricht beim vorzeitigen Verlassen des Hotels Geld zurück zu geben, wimmelt einen ab und zahlt später das Geld nicht zurück. Einfach bodenlose Frechheit. Das Hotel hat zudem kein Aufzug, Treppen sind sehr eng. Also nichts für Leute mit Kleinkinder! In der Beschreibung steht, dass es einen Restaurant gibt, stimmt nicht. Da steht, das Frühstück für 5 Euro Aufpreis p.P. vorhanden ist, es werden aber 6 Euro verlangt. Leute Finger weg. Ich denke, dass die „guten“ Bewertungen gekauft sind!

Idéal pour un séjour de passage
Cet hotel est un petit hotel très pratique très central, discret, très agréable et très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment tres sympathique, chaleureux et toujours prêt à vous aider. Beaucoup mieux que n'importe quelle autre grande structure plus chère, plus impersonnelle et moins chaleureuse dans lesquelles j'ai du séjourner juste avant de connaitre cet hotel dans cette partie de Gènes.

Good location in relation to the train station Genova Brignole. Minutes to the main street with plenty of food options. Good place to stay the night with a partner but not large enough to accommodate a family with kids. Comparable to a nice hostel. Overall the room was clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood.
