Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.

When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us to a lovely room we had booked, we only stayed the one night en route to our holiday destination and found the room clean and very comfortable . we were given lots of local information to find a bistro in the local town of Aunay sur Odon. The breakfast was well received and presented in a pleasant manner by Thom who was charming . we will have to come again next year and well worth a visit especially for a qiuck over night and as in our case onward travelling down to Bordeaux.

I had the most amazing stay. The house is ancient and covered in roses. The rooms are a very good size and everything was provided to make our stay perfect. There were 3 choices of breakfast which is exceptional. I wish we were staying longer so I could try them all. Thomas was warm and welcoming and very informative regards the places of local interest...we will definitely be returning...

Fantastisk sted med sjæl. Vi elsker at finde hyggelige, specielle overnatningssteder. Morgenmaden var inkluderet og der var 3 forskellige muligheder. (English med tillæg som vi prøvede, men de 2 andre muligheder var rigelig). Fantastisk hyggelig spisestue. Stedet har fantastisk charme og er unik ligesom værten Thomas er hyggelig og skøn som vært. Er du til charme og hygge er stedet det helt rigtige.

Soy Colombiana y jamás me había sentido tan acogida en un hotel como ese, es tranquilo, silencioso, tiene un jardín hermoso con una vista preciosa, Me encantó la habitación , encontré todo lo que una mujer necesita , secador , algodón y todas esas pequeñas cosas. Para desayunar pedí el desayuno Inglés , y Wao!! Delicioso , Thomas es un anfitrión increíble , se sobró en atenciones desde el momento de mi llegada…, es muy atento y muy conversador … Antes de irme pasé a conocer la “suite de la Princesa” y me impresionó muchísimo , cuando regrese voy a rentarla, parece de un cuento de hadas … las fotos no le hacen justicia … Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar , perfecto para vacaciones si quieres un ambiente tranquilo, cerca de muchos sitios turísticos, buena comida y excelente atención , este es el lugar .. 10/10.
