Great experience overall. We had plenty of room. The guy that checked us in had superb customer service! There were 2 adults 2 teen boys and a 6 yr old. We had the double queen suite with the pullout. Plenty of room for the 6 yr old to run around and boys to stretch out. They had plenty of towels for room & pool. Great breakfast hours. Floors were even clean. Plenty of breakfast with great hours. The pullout had a dirty makeup stain on the corner, but we were too exhausted to worry about it & the water gets warm for showers but not hot. The pool water is cold. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. Truthfully the best bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. I needed to be near the Bay Area Hospital and this was perfectly located for that. The management, especially the GM was very accommodating and flexible with my reservation, especially during Spring Break.

Staff was nice but I think their house keeping is not doing their job. There were no extra blankets. So my kids had to use a sheet. When we arrived, we took out the fold out bed and it was full of hair, dirt and a dirty q-tip. As far as the extra set that is stored in the closet: the pillow had long black hair on it and it looked like they had a hair product because it looked greasy. Also, the blanket from there was missing. When I went down to ask for one, they didnt have any washed. The bathroom door hit the toilet everytime i opened and closed it. The ceiling looked like it was renovated and not painted. Breakfast was good. But the tea bags were wet. :/ So I didnt use them
