The hotel stuff and services are very nice and friendly. The room AC has heating function that was very good for the cold days! The room furniture appeared simple and cheap. The shower door can't seal the water from leaking out. The location is perfect for stepping into the Ximen shopping areas and bus/train stations.

The check in staff were all very friendly, nice and professional. Good location, good water pressure and hot water.
The bathroom had bad to little lighting and no mirror. The only mirror was a small.mirror in the coffee cubby. Only 1 electrical outlet. The shower was an open shower that got the entire bathroom wet when taking a shower.

Great location. Dated facilities. Requested for late check out but was informed that it will be charged by the system automatically. Given the state of the rooms and the price, there are better options in the area that can provide simple things like late checkout.

I do not recommend this hotel. First of all, there is no clock in the room and TV reception is Horrible. Air conditioning is loud. I will never use it again.

Cockroach in the room
Staff were very friendly, but the condition of the hotel is quite poor. Electrical sockets were in places that were unusable Closet was inside the bathroom. Some of the lights was not possible to turn off. But worst of all, the cockroach I complained about immediately after check in, was never cleaned. I ended up checking out early and moving to another hotel.

Lack of maintenance and repairs
A bit disappointed as the facilities are not properly maintained. Massage bathtub is spoilt, cracks here and there at edge of bathtub. TV use to be bigger 46" in the bedroom if i remember correctly but change to small 32". Bathroom bathtub use to have tv too but was removed.
Hot water was not instantly available for 1st day. Keep calling help desk to ask for hot water for shower. On 2nd day, then confirmed rectify the issue.

部屋は非常に清潔で、十分な広さがありました。浴室の窓越しに通りの眺めを楽しめるのも良かったです。建物自体はやや古い造りですが、部分的にリノベーションされているように感じました。
一方で、便座の位置が少し高かったり、コンセントの数が少なかったり、シャワーのお湯が出るまで少し時間がかかったりと、やや不便な点もありました。エアコンの音もやや大きめです（笑）。
とはいえ、立地は駅から非常に近く便利で、全体的には満足できる滞在でした。アメニティは必要なものを持参すると安心だと思います。
