O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível. Uma pena que está sem cuidados e a limpeza e a manutenção das áreas externas também não são um ponto forte do local. O pessoal da recepção foi bem atencioso e nos forneceu tudo o que precisávamos.

Excelente servicio en todo sentido, aire acondicionado bien frío, cuarto amplio y cómodo, baño impecable, todo funciona bien, área de piscina cómoda y con parque acuático para niños, para destacar el personal, son todos muy amables y expeditivos, con muy buen asesoramiento en actividades y resolución de requerimientos, quedamos muy contentos Volveré pronto

Will be a nice hotel once complete finished

The staff were just excellent. The internet works very well. The people at the cafe bar especially the cook/waitress Debora did fantastic cooking for us throughout our 3 day stay here. I feel that once the hotel is completed it would be a great experience.

A localização do hotel é boa e o atendimento é excelente. Porém o hotel é bastante antigo então tem muita manutenção, os quartos sao espaçosos mas previsão de reforma urgente.

Piso gelado para um lugar com temperaturas negativas, travesseiros horríveis, café da manhã péssimo, não tinha nem manteiga e nem ovos, ítens básicos para um café da manhã (estou falando de itens basicos para um café da manhã sem luxo)

O hotel necesita de um valor de 50 dólares para ser deixado na recepção como garantia até o fim da estadia, achei um absurdo,e também não fui informado disso no momento da reserva, pois caso eu não tivesse, não poderia me hospedar no hotel

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, cuando yo llegué las áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias, empolvadas. Les falta motivar al turismo y no es agradable que soliciten una tarjeta de crédito como seguro incluyendo código de seguridad de la tarjeta. Pero agradezco la atención del recepcionista Darwin (no sé si así se escribe) fué muy amable.

Stay away from this place. Now if bringing in prostitutes rather than family is your thing then definitely stay here. There’s lots of shady characters who stay here so be on the lookout for your family and your own sake. The road to access this hotel is something straight out of a horror movie. Room service left their cleaning squeegee inside the bathroom. How touching!

The cabanas cosmetics need some work. If you're looking for something new & modern, this is not it. What I loved is, it really is in a rainforest, with all the sounds of crickets and birds chirping 24/7. It is within walking distance to the bus to the Iguazu Falls park, but not to markets and restaurants in Puerto Iguazu. Staying in the cabanas, you do have access to the restaurant, pool and pool bar of the associated Rainforest LaSelva hotel, which is more upscale, and Argentine breakfast comes is included in the price.

While the property and main hotel had lots of charm, the cabana that we stayed in had lost much of it. It clearly had not been upkept over the years. There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again.

Don’t stay here! This place is in disrepair! The pool at the cabanas is filthy. The deck chairs are hard as a rock because they don’t have cushions so you cannot get comfortable anywhere. The WiFi did not work at the cabanas so we could not work or do any trip planning. The cabana is hardly stocked so you really can’t cook there, and are far enough from the restaurant that it’s not easy at all. The bars never opened. The restaurant has a full menu, but they didn’t have over 2/3 of the items in the menu. When we finally found something we could order, it was awful. Not even edible. We couldn’t go anywhere else to eat without calling a taxi to get into town. The whole experience was awful. The only thing that was good was the staff being nice and friendly and our driver (had to have one because the “resort” is too far from everything)

The staff go out of their way to make things more complicated. They make mistakes and make you pay for thier mistakes without taking any responsibility. They made me miss a tour and spend an extra $80 in transportation costs and were very rude to me when I tried to find a solution with them.

Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida!

Horrível a minha estadia neste lugar. Tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável e desrespeitosa, invadiram o quarto da minha mãe e o do lado, furtaram bolsas, sacolas, levaram a chave do carro e todo o nosso dinheiro. O hotel não fez absolutamente nada para nos ajudar, tive que fazer boletim de ocorrência na delegacia, perdi o café da manhã e quando voltei queriam cobrar um refrigerante que pedi. Péssimo atendimento, não perguntaram se a gente estava bem, o dono do lugar nunca apareceu para nos dar o mínimo de satisfação. Gostaria de nunca ter ido, estragou toda a nossa viagem, foi só estresse com este lugar.

Tive problemas no check-in, a recepcionista dizia (em um castelhano q eu me esforcei mas não entendi) que a reserva não estava paga (paguei diretamente ao hoteis.com), não nos deixou entrar enquanto não paguei novamente, então criou situações de cancelamento e pedido de reembolso, enfim, uma confusão. Ficamos na cabana, q está em situação menos pior q os quartos. O complexo infelizmente está abandonado, sem manutenções. O café da manhã foi razoável. As piscinas estão razoáveis mas o entorno está em más condições.
