The hotel was clean and well kept. Our air conditioning didnt function properly and the deadbolt didnt work. We reported these issues upon checkout and we were told both issues would be addressed. For the price paide, we were desappointed.

I was disappointed waiting for the front desk person, I was supposed to pay a fee of $261.93 because I made a payment through Expedia of $86.46 the total of the hotel was 367.52 and the hotel charged me the full amount and they told me that I had to contact Expedia customer service to be reimbursed for the initial payment. But Expedia doesn't have any phone number to contact them. I would like to be reimbursed for that money 🙁 Thank you

Mi estancia en One Puebla Serdán fue buena en general. El hotel ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y relajado, ideal si buscas descanso sin complicaciones. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, con todo lo esencial para una noche agradable: cama firme, baño funcional y un espacio ordenado. El personal fue atento y eficiente en el check-in y check-out, lo que hizo todo fluido.
Los servicios básicos funcionaron bien: WiFi estable, estacionamiento disponible y una ubicación conveniente cerca de avenidas principales en Puebla. Sin embargo, el desayuno fue muy básico – solo opciones simples como pan, café y algo de fruta, sin variedad ni calidez que destaque. Para un hotel de esta categoría, esperaría un poco más.
En resumen, es una buena elección para viajeros de paso o negocios que priorizan tranquilidad y simplicidad. Recomendado si no buscas lujos, pero podrían mejorar el desayuno para subir a "excelente".
