Traveling with my parents, there is no information on the website of how it is, they are in the 4th floor of a building that seems to be an office building, too many stairs for olden people, definitely not older people friendly, the elevators are way too small. The lady that I was in communication with was very nice, but I couldn’t stay there. Add all the information so people don’t feel deceived

Good clean stay in an accessible location to the old town. The walls between rooms are extremely thin, so recommend light sleepers bring earplugs!

Our lovely, large clean room was located close to one of the city's main train stations (Brignole) and around a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of town. It felt really private as the staff are only around for small parts of the day. We had a really pleasant stay.

Une idée du luxe à l'italienne.

De retour de la Toscane nous recherchions une ville Ă©tape sur le trajet de retour en France. TrouvĂ© sur le site hotel.com nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ablement surpris par cette chambre. Accueilli par un jeune, fort courtois, parlant lentement un anglais sans accent, il nous a expliquĂ© les sites Ă  visiter et les endroits oĂč dĂźner. Un plan dĂ©taillĂ© et un dĂ©pliant en français nous a Ă©tĂ© remis. La chambre est hyper spacieuse, pas loin de 50 m2 ! (lit de 200 cm et trĂšs confortable) climatisĂ©e, avec canapĂ©, TV et nĂ©cessaires complet de rangement et tout le nĂ©cessaire de toilette. La vue est magnifique sur des immeubles anciens Ă©loignĂ©s de la façade. Peu de bruit car au 3Ăšme Ă©tage. La place della vittoria est classieuse et on peut se garer dessus moyennant des parc mĂštres ou bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'un parking en sous sol, vaste et sĂ©curisĂ©, en utilisant de la carte de l'hĂŽtel pour 15 euros (Ă  recommander). Des restaurants sont implantĂ©s sous les arches de l'immeuble. Bouilloire, cafĂ© soluble, thĂ©, tisane et bonbons sont offerts dans la chambre. Une dizaine de minute Ă  pied de la vielle ville et une quinzaine du port. J'y retournerai sans hĂ©siter ! (photos de la chambre de la vue de la chambre et de la place della vittoria)

Good, but slightly strange experience

It is a comfortable room with a comfy bed, kettle, wifi etc. The location is also very good next to one of the main streets in Genoa and the receptionist was very helpful providing us with a map and guide of the city. However the parking is EUR 15 which seemed a lot especially as we arrived at 2pm. Checking in was difficult as there is no full time receptionist or member of staff. Instead you have to text or message to tell them in advance. The hotel is also difficult to find as it is not clear where it actually is, as it is up several flights of stairs and through some office suites. There is no clear sign to say where the rooms are, instead I had to check several buildings. If the local cafes hadn't been open I wouldn't have known where to go. The bathrooms are nice but in the shared one the shower door leaked. Overall its ok for the price but I've stopped in better hotels for cheaper in Italy where at least there was parking and other facilities.

Perfect layover location - close to everything.

Great location and fantastic staff. We were only in town for one night & the property was perfect. Just across from bus terminal ans 2 blocks from train station - made an easy transfer for us. Walkable to downtown with great neighborhoods and restaurants. Very quiet nights sleep. Clean & comfortable. Highly recommended!

Comfortable room in a good location

The staff (cannot remember his name) who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Since we were driving from Milan and we arrived quite late around 8.30 pm, he was very patient with us - showing us how to get in (what keys to use), showed us our room, but also gave us a map and recommendation on where to go (providing us with an itinerary) and what to do. And then we asked about food recommendation and said pesto alle genovese and recommended a nice little restaurant. He was also able to give us a brief history of the Genoa flag when we asked why is the Genoa and England flag the same. I would definitely recommend this place!!
