The rooms smelled like old beds/bedding. We literally went to tell the front desk about our toilet not flushing and no one was to be found. There were dirty towels on the floor on the hallways for several hours was fibally gone this am as well as a ladder and vent popped open in the hallways and the halls also smelled bad too. Not sure how this place has a 9 star review .thank god it was a one night stay to catch the crew game.
