'We had the executive room. It has a huge balcony and direct access to the pool. However: The room was dirty and very badly maintained. A pity, because this could be a unique and awesome location. My tip to the owners would be to start a "Murder Mystery Dinner" game with stay-over in this venue, as - especially in its current state - would set the perfect mood for it (and it would probably be something quite unique for the Philippines).'

Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...

In my room I could not rest The trio at night was pretty good But the lady singer , who had a nice voice. , Was way too loud for the setting the band and we could not have a conversation during dinner Also her echo on her vocals was way too much. She would sound better without it. I am a pro musician from the USA so I know about this. Please do not require the entire area...

'Me and my fiance stayed here this october going into November and I can honestly say it was a breath taking experience, our main man Paul was our man with the plan made sure our room was nice and tidy everyday me and my fiance made sure to tip him good for his service. 'Loved this Hotel and our room premium or jr suite. It's lovely to have a nice view on the 9th floor, and the staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, so amazing and underrated, such a great surprise. The location of the Hotel was excellent, we would and will stay at this property again'

'What I like most about this hotel is that it has rooms that could conveniently sleep several people. Last year, we were 8, this year, 3. I also like their restaurant, which has a variety of food and drinks options. And being that I have close relatives in Davao, I was able to invite them to dine in the hotel with me, thus avoiding hassles finding restaurants somewhere else. I also like the warm pool, has good size and depth. '
