Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal.
Food the same every day, not a great standard.
Very limited drinks, often only water available.
Sun beds always available - a huge bonus!
Water park is great fun - water very cold.'

'pretty bog standard hotel, clean spacious and friendly, it’s tried to be like the grand in London but has fallen short on things like coffee making facilities and the “buffet” is a bit 2 star Benidorm, you can see in to everyone else’s room and there are a few topless people about, mainly Germans. On the whole it’s ok but have a feeling there are better hotels in the area'

'Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but...

'I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

'Mafia ähnliche Verhältnisse bei der Anreise mit dem Auto , man darf nicht bis zum Hotel fahren und wird vorher abgefangen von diversen Parkhändlern, danach geht es mit unfreundlichen Personal mit einem Elektrofahrzeug zum Hotel. Miserablen Empfang , Zimmer riechen feucht und sind total veraltet und eklig. Buffet Essen ist absolut Grenzfertig. Nicht empfehlenswert.'
