'Beautiful property in beautiful grounds. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Home from home. The only downside was we came back around 9.40 in the evening to have a drink in the bar, to find it was shut. However this wouldn't put me off coming back for another stay. '

Service at the guest house could not be faulted, the breakfast, included in the price, was plentiful and served to your table. Our room was quite small but well provided and tastefully decorated. 'Leuke B&B op loopafstand van Scarborough centrum. Zeer aardige gastvrouw, parkeren kan op eigen terrein of gratis voor de deur (gastvrouw gaf me een parkeervergunning). Als de kamer nou ook nog een bad had gehad, was het 7x een 5 beoordeling geweest.'

'Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!'

Would highly recommend The Meltham Guest House if you are looking to stay adjacent to the North Bay close to all the attactions that it has to offer
