This hotel cleans once every three days. On the third day I came back after a long day in the burning sun. My room wasnt cleaned, even though I was assured by a worker in this hotel that my room would be cleaned. It took 5 calls with staff to come op with some 'solutions'. The first solution was that I should move to another room. I was tired after a long day and I had alot of stuff in my room. I didnt have energy nor the time for this. The second solution was that they would 'clean' my room. This would take 30 minutes. I had to move out, completely exhausted, to come back to a room that wasnt even properly cleaned. They didnt even offer me ANY compensation for the inconvenience. No breakfast, no money back nothing. I spent the entire week in APA hotels, first in Osaka and then in Kyoto. Never again!
