On multiple fronts a horrible stay, we stayed here for one night before a flight. When we checked in everything seemed fine. The room, a suite, looked very nice upon first glance. After unpacking and trying the swimming pool (pool was rather cold and the jacuzzi was too hot) we noticed our room had a very loud and unacceptable noise in it. Upon calling the reception they quickly acknowledged our room had a problem and we were offered promptly a new room. I am disgruntled that they knowingly put a family in a room with problem, but that was dealt with
swiftly. If the rest was fine they would have gotten a oke review, the second room was good. The restaurant has only 2 vegetarian options ( a salad and pasta), would have expected way more of an international chain like this. The next morning when we wanted to checkout, i requested some
Help with the luggage as we had a lot of luggage. Was told they would sent someone right away, no one ever came. Even though the frontoffice saw me multiple times hauling the luggage down myself, nothing was done. When checking out the same frontoffice asked if my stay was oke, I responded negatively, but no further questions were asked. A very low level of customer service, would recommend travellers to stay somewhere else!!!
