Proof that all what glitters is not gold. BEAUTIFULL hotel layout, but our but our sky window was to dirty to look through, with rain leaking very much. Again hassle about the transfer, a complementary juice was offered but after 45 minutes not delivered to our room, when we went down to the smoking room we asked if it could be delivered there but were told that is was already sent to our room. For breakfast we were escorted to a table by a hostess, but after returning from the buffet someone else was seated there with my wifes handbag moved to another table, so we had to return to the fresh aggsttion to give a new table number. We paid a deposit for drinks etc of about 130 euro, had a few drinks but on check out another 130 euro, we asked for the bill but could not get it as it was booked through expedia and the bill woud be sent through them only. This anount had been reserved on my card but was not chargedto it in the end, no appology was received. This 5 star hotel has incompetentdesk staff and lacks maintenance
