Peaceful Stay
If you're looking for a place to rest and unwind, Casa 1800 does not disappoint. I found it to be so peaceful and relaxing. My room had the volcano view. I chose this hotel to stay for the first few days of my trip to El Salvador because I wanted to do the Santa Ana Volcano hike. If you're into hiking, staying here puts you right at the trails. My room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. It does get a little chilly at night and in the morning, but by midday, it heats up to a nice comfortable temperature. The hotel has one restaurant. Food was decent, traditional breakfast is included. Staff is nice, although many do not speak English, so if you speak a little Spanish, that's a plus. Just know, outside of the hikes available, there is not much else to do. So if you are looking to explore more areas, you should book an excursion. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
