Disappointed and misleading! Its not all inclusive when you have to pay for alcoholic beverages, the hotel we booked was not ready and they moved us to a sister hotel which was also not ready for service the first days. The food at breakfast and dinner was really low quality, at busy times the trays were empty and we had to queue for a while to get an omelette. Most of the time the food was still frozen like the desserts etc. Rooms where ok, but a lot of noise came through from people walking by in the corridors.
The staff tried their best to help and even went to a neighbouring hotel to grant us access to the Fitness (which was not available in this sister hotel while it was in the original hotel we booked).
The hotel does have a great view but its not a 4* in my opinion!
