Hotel is good. Location is fine. A few hundred meters from Central Station, where the city center begins. The road between the hotel and CS is pretty Easterly oriented. For a chance, cross a few blocks to the "Lange Reihe", completely different atmosphere with nice bakers, restaurants and shops from all corners of the world.
Parking directly under the hotel. Closed garage, spaces a a bit small and if you have a big car, some corners (and the exit) need some proper steering.
Reception is a bit small. Not all staff behind reception is good in English (should be, I think), but service is good.
The room is not big, but fine. No coffee/tee in normal rooms. Window can open, but ask for a room on the side or back (or in side). The street is rather noisy.
Breakfast is fine as well. Proper buffet, all you like in a breakfast. For diner the restaurant is a pleasant surprise. Good service, good food from a menu not to big with with enough variety. Bonus is the view on the street (from the first floor) where always something is going on.
