Good experience
It was good overall experience. Location is great as it is right beside the Piazza San Marco, but anywhere in venice is good location so not so valid point to me.
Staff ls were very nice and helpful. I had no specific issues so I cannot say how they handle the problem but they seem to be very nice.
Room is good size and the washroom is a bit small but good for Italy actually. I didn’t have any problem with the size. My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs. It was facing away from the street so very quiet.
A few things, the bed was pretty hard which is okay for me but the pillow was very flat and low. There were 4 of them so I used two at once. I prefer something softer. Washroom only had two small shampoo in travel size. There were also paper cups in plastic bags, soaps, cotton swaps and hair cover. I usually see body cleanser and shampoo but this hotel only had shampoo.
There were plenty of plugs which was good. Internet was in a moderate speed.
