We stayed for 5 nights and at the beginning we had to wait 1.5 hours for our suitcases. We called at least 3 times asking where our suitcases were. After 1.5 they were finally there.
Furthermore, breakfast is also very consistent. Every day the same thing and almost no variety.
In addition, it is very peculiar that the beach is almost always full. We were advised to arrive at 8:00 and wait until 9:00 to then get a towel and spot. If you got there at 9:30 there was already no place left on the beach and you were turned away. This is because the beds are also sold online and they are reserved. Hotel guests should be given priority.
Other than that, the staff was very nice. I would like to thank Putri and Bela for their hospitality and helpfulness.
This is the first and last time for us at NH Collection the Palm.
