This is a beauthifull hotel, it's a pitty that prepayed rooms by Expedia were not hold because we were 2 days late, we booked for 4 days and when we arrived the 2 last days were resold!!!!
The hotel staff didn't wont to contact Expedia to make an arrangement with an hotel nearby. So we tried to contact them ourselves, but the helpline at Expedia was overloaded. We dead à mail to the helpdesk of Expedia, we received an automatic mail ....... overloaded? We send another mail 4 days later, .......OVERLOADED? after à week now we are still waiting for news and a refound for the 2 last days since the room wasn't available!!!! What a bad expérience for surch à nice trip and hotel. We found imidiate help at the Springfield hotel.
