I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. They provided me an apartment on the second floor and lied to me when they said it was just one set of stair. Picture this, I was with my father on a wheelchair and tried to make it work… different country, I didn’t know anybody, raining outside, luggages. The person said she would try to get me a new apartment next day. It never happened and I have to spend an extra $600 dollars on a hotel. I would not put my father through this 5 sets os stairs again putting him in danger.
It was not professional at all the way this whole process was handled for the property management company and hotels.com.
Also, they provided an apartment with no lights on the living room and two of the other bedrooms, claim to have WiFi, but NO WiFi, microwave was broken, etc.
Hotels.com should not have just anyone on their listing, I’ve used hotels,con for a long time and am very disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience.
