They put us in a room for disabled. Not a problem normally but the bed was extra small for 2 friends to sleep in. Nothing mentioned during booking or check in.
The rainshower was very very weak. Ask them twice to check it. They did en said it’s “normal, it’s just weak”.
We had 2 different rooms and it was different in the other room.
We had a complimentary waterbottle in the mini fridge, which is a very nice touch. But one of the bottles was open and half empty. Told the reception, they said they would fix it immediately. Nothing happened…
No compensation or a drink on the house offered for all these mishaps. For the price we paid, I expect a lot better. It’s a shame cause it has potential.
