I recently stayed at a hotel that had many positive aspects, notably its excellent location. The spacious and bright rooms were a highlight, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The breakfast offered was decent, meeting my expectations for a morning meal.
However, there was a significant drawback regarding the service. The staff's proficiency in English was quite poor, which made communication challenging. For instance, when ordering food, I often found myself having to repeat my requests multiple times, leading to frustration.
Overall, while the hotel had great amenities and a prime location, the language barrier with the staff detracted from the overall experience. I hope they can improve in this area, as it would greatly enhance the stay for international guests.
