Good quality for the price charged. The hotel is rather noisy, which can happen. Although, what I find highly annoying is that the hotel did not take my complaint / request serious. After the first night, housekeeping made a lot of and in my opinion unnecessary noise in the room above me. They started to clean the room at nine with a vacuum cleaner that made a banging sound on the floor. Furthermore, walking sounded rather loud. I’ve asked at the reception if it was possible to either start later, or in a different room and if they would check-out the noise level themselves so they would know how it sounded. The next morning at eight, housekeeping was cleaning in front of my room and it was even louder than the day before. At the reception, I was told that the sound came from the neighbors. They did not believe that the noise was made by their own colleagues. Only when I told them I had seen it with my own eyes, the reluctantly seemed to believe me. They couldn’t do anything else than let housekeeping know there was a complaint, it was not up to them (?). I am addressing the hotel when I am talking to the reception and not a party that blames the other.
