Extremely warm welcome in Patra
The all-female staff of this hotel goes out of their way to make the guest feel most welcome, respected and comfortable. No extra request was denied, no reservations whatsoever when asking for additional services. What a lovely hotel, not only because of the charming, polite and beautiful staff. The hotel and its rooms are very nicely decorated, it made me feel at home immediately. Only downside was that parking was a bit difficult when arriving late (though the receptionist was very helpful in freeing up a spot right in front when I phoned them for parking advice) and the streetlights in that street were off somehow, making the walking a bit scary. Not because of the neighborhood but because holes in the ground were hard to spot. however, this cannot be contributed to the hotel itself of course. Breakfast is also great, what a personal service when I requested a very early breakfast! Thanks ladies!
