Its sad as the hotel is beautiful. My problem started with booking a superior room with climate controlled air conditioning, it was broken, no one fixed and tried to blame me for adjusting the temperature. It called climate controlled, didn't maintain the control system. Worker verified it was broken.. lack of help for him. He was amazing the evening receptionist. So had two nights of uncomfortable experience. Waited 6 hours for a fan.
Then they charged my bf a local a days wage for breakfast, even though I paid extra for this service and a surcharge for additional guest.
Disgusting treatment, lack of compassion for their own mistakes and putting ownership on guests. I wont be returning with this service. I complained to hotels.com who fully compensated me.
Get your acts together.. stop blaming guests and be clear. And to clear up, the last day we never claimed a breakfast they should do the right thing and return to my boyfriend the over priced additional charge for the breakfast $25,000 Argentinian pesos. But doubt it, from the responses
