I booked this property for the benefit of airport shuttle as per information provided on the search. I contacted them through expedia messages and didnt get a reply. I then called them when I reached India which was option 2. Firstly, the number they provided was not the number to call. The person then gave me 2 different numbers. I called both numbers and the receiver was confused that i needed airport pickup, stating they dont have a hotel taxi and dont do airport pickups. This was after telling me to hold on and hanging up on me multiple times. Eventually, I was told I must call another number which was a landline. By now, I was fustrated and thinking this was a scam. Then they told me I must pay my own taxi to get to the hotel which was 2 hours away. After 1 hour back and forth trying to get a solution or a refund and now midnight, I decided I would just book another hotel few minutes away. Luckily I coukd afford it at the time. After a long flight and having to deal with a wrong number, false advertising and having to speak to multiple people is quite unprofessional and tiring. This was my 16 th hotel in 16 days with city and country hopping and I have not received such unprofessionalism in any other. They get a minus rating even lower than terrible from me.
