Lovely stay for my daughters birthday. They surprised her with cake and champagne in the room, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Very close to all London shops.

Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times.
Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner.

Location is unbearable, the rooms are spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. I had a leak in my room and they moved me immediately - with a slight upgrade - despite fixing the problem. Clean, quiet, and convenient I would stay here again.

Not giving full score due to a mix of minor issues, example leaking shower room (which unfortunately looks to be a standard in Britain?), renovation work (entrance, elevators etc), too long time queueing for a single cup of coffe for breakfast etc..

Our stay was excellent. They had decorated the room for our birthdays and valentines with chocolate cake and prosecco etc and upgraded us to an apartment. It made our stay very special. Bed was so comfy and the room had amazing amenities. Staff were lovely.
