Super friendly and service minded staff, all our request were handled promptly and with a smile. Cozy rooms on the smaller side but hey it's New York so better than many we even had a small table, a desk and a chair. Not a lot of wardrobe space. Nice bathroom with plush towels and amenities. A bit hard to figure out the hot and cold for the shower (sorry neighbours for the scream) small breakfast but nice. Would recommend and stay again for sure!

Staff were so efficient and friendly even in the chaos of the incoming big storm! We weren’t sure of our departure (possibly checking out early) because of our flights and they were super helpful and flexible. Rooms were clean and kinda small but loved the amenities AND gym was well equipped!
