L'auberge est très bien située au calme et en même temps proche du quartier vivant Navigli. Le personnel est très sympa, l'accueil très chaleureux, et la chambre était propre à notre arrivée. Les matelas sont néanmoins très durs compares à des oreillers très mous Le petit déjeuner est décevant avec vraiment le strict minimum. Pour une prochaine fois, je ne prendrai pas le petit dej à l'auberge. On peut trouver nettement mieux pour le même prix des oreilles

Bed bugs nightmare

Do NOT stay at Combo Milano. I found over 10 live bedbugs crawling on my mattress. The room was filthy — dust, hair, and trash under the beds, showing it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I reported the issue, and staff admitted there were no other rooms available. They offered to send me to another hotel — at 3 AM, with no safe way to get there. I ended up staying awake all night, terrified to sleep. The next day, I received a refund — but that doesn’t even cover the cost of the medication I had to buy for the bites. The physical discomfort, lack of sleep, and anxiety were far worse than just losing money. Afterward, I checked other reviews and was shocked to see that this exact same problem has been happening for months. Combo Milano continues to respond with the same excuse: “It’s an external issue.” No — when your rooms are constantly infested and filthy, it’s your fault. If you care about your health and love your skin — stay far away. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life and ruined my trip and days ahead.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, avevamo una stanza quadrupla al primo piano che affaccia sulla corte interna, dove entrambe le sere erano previsti eventi privati...soprattutto la seconda notte la musica era a volume altissimo, é andata avanti oltre mezzanotte, non era possibile dormire in nessun modo, neanche coi tappi. Se volete dormire sconsiglio vivamente questo posto. Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione al personale, ma non ci é stata priposta nessuna soluzione alternativa. Non possono organizzare eventi con musica cosi alta e pensare che la gente riesca a dormire in quelle camere. Peccato perche il posto é molto carino. Non torneremo piú, se proprio volete andarci assicuratevi che la camera a voi assegnata sia silenziosa.

とても清潔で、ミラノ中心部からのアクセスもよく、使い勝手の良いホステルでした。 別のホステルでは共同の洗面所が取り合いになりがちだったのですが、ここは洗面台、シャワー、トイレがそれぞれ複数用意されていて混雑とは無縁でした。しかも見た目もおしゃれ。 ホステルの企画で、夜中は中庭でカラオケパーティが開かれているみたいでしたが、防音がしっかりしていてほとんど気にせず睡眠を取ることができました。
