Location is good, perfect for Disneyland. Hotel is clean and late check-in is possible. Personnel is very dependent on day and time, most of them aren't that friendly and have the wrong priorities during busy hours. For example the bar, they told us it's open until midnight, but it was already closed for one hour before. When asked about a unkind reaction was given, but ultimately we did still get our drinks, without any smiles whatsoever.
Hotel rooms are ok, but there's a lot of renovation and upgrades needed. Rooms are big, but not in all aspects. The beds are way too hard to sleep comfortably, A/C is too noisy to turn on at night and opening windows also isn't an option because of the noise from outside.
bathroom is big enough and is good, but needs ventilation, after a shower you're literally breathing water and the bathroom door was very difficult to close because of water/moisture damage. Toilet (which was separate from bathroom) is good, only very difficult to close door because it's too small.
There was also a fridge for cooling drinks and a safe in the room, very useful and they worked perfectly. Did not try the TV, but it was bigger than a lot of other hotels.
