A terrible experience in a Barcelo Group hotel, something you don't expect beforehand. Unfortunately had to change rooms three times due to: unsafe air conditioning, poor quality cleaning & facilities and overall poor maintenance.
Excessive residue of blood, urine, dust, mold, among others, it is more the rule than the exception in the rooms of this hotel. Not to mention the poor quality of the facility in the room as well as layout and maintenance of it. Unfortunately, the staff is not in a position to act on this adequately.
On the positive side is the location in the center of Alicante.
