We had done the online check-in and expected to just pick up the key upon arrival. At the reception, we were ignored. One receptionist served a single guest for a good 20 minutes explaining every nook and cranny about the old city, ignoring the other guests completely. In the meantime the second receptionist served a big group and was unable to attend to us. When we finally got the room, it was literally 40+ degrees inside. The air conditioning did nothing to make the room tolerable. When we complained we were given a fan and told that the management doesn't want to keep the AC on. This was a horrible experience already and we have only been here a few hours. Next day another excuse was "the AC is not on if it's less than 15 degrees outside" (it was 16 degrees and direct sunlight).
