Meh at best
Check in was a pain. Used Hotels.com to book but once we got there they said the payment from Hotels.com to them was denied and they insisted I call to get it fixed. There is no number to call. During a virtual chat with Hotels.com the front desk got it to work so it was the front desk doing something wrong not Hotels.com.
The entire hotel wreaked of pot. You can tell it had recently been redone. Decor is cute but paint job was not good. We requested an extra blanket and pillow. We were given a sheet and told they don’t offer extra pillows. We were right next to the stairs and maintenance room so there was loud door slamming keeping us up all night. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was pretty basic only complaint was the coffee. There was no sugar or creamer.
Far from the worst place we have stayed but could use some help. Wasn’t worth the price of over $200 a night. Had it been $100-$120 I wouldn’t complain at all.
